Role Description
Vena is seeking an electrical engineer to support plant performance, reliability, compliance and fault response across operating solar and BESS assets, including generator compliance, fault analysis, grid modelling support and technical records.
- Support generator compliance, including NER and generator performance standard requirements
- Provide engineering input into electrical faults, plant trips and root cause analysis
- Develop and maintain technical documentation such as SLDs and protection coordination
- Analyse plant performance for electrical losses and equipment reliability
- Assist with NSP and AEMO regulatory interface and plant upgrades
- Asks for: Degree in electrical engineering
- Asks for: 3 to 5 years' experience in power generation, renewables, utilities, mining or industrial environments
- Asks for: Experience with HV/LV systems and plant electrical infrastructure
- Asks for: Ability to interpret technical drawings, reports and performance data
